The look and ease of assembly (no assembly) is fantastic. The fire also looks pretty good. However the sound is terrible. It actually sounds worse than my iPhone speaker playing fire sounds. For this price, I expect better than this.

Enjoying our Skyline stove
It is stylish, easy to operate, and is doing a good job of taking the chill off these cold, rainy fall days. One minor complaint is the heater fan has a slight whine to it, otherwise we’re very happy with it.

We love it, but it was broken when we opened the box. It's nothing serious since we decided to keep it anyway. The back panel cracked and a small piece fell out. It's too much trouble to return it and it's not good for the environment. We'll live with this small flaw.

We love this fireplace. In a sea of black boxes this offers a clean and contemporary design. The taupe mist is a pleasing neutral and the wrap around clear panel lets you enjoy the fire ambiance from all angles and keeps your space feeling open and light. Fire looks realistic with setting options to tweak to your liking. Built in ‘crackle’ could have better sound quality but that’s a small thing. Really appreciate the Bluetooth option that allows us to turn the unit off and on via voice command. So convenient. Highly recommend.

There is no thermostat on this thing. Says there is, but it’s either on or off. I constantly walk into the bathroom and it’s ice cold. The heater just turns off. Defeats the purpose of having a space heater in the room if it just stops heating.
