Great purchase
I purchased this project because I sit for 12 hours per day for work and my feet and ankles would swell. I used the mini bike everyday at different points throughout the day and I have not had any problems with swelling since. I also have noticed an increase in energy because of the cardio. There is also an electronic gadget that tracks distance and time.

Exactly what i need
After an neurosis of the brain and a stroke, my balance is very poor, but I need something to exercise my legs and knees so that I can still sit up from myself. It only takes 15 minutes 2 to 3 times a day, and it can even improve my independent walking ability.

Very good value for money
My knee is a little weak. My doctor said that no matter how active I am-I need to do a stress-free exercise to exercise my leg muscles. This thing is very beautiful! Like any regular exercise, it takes a little time, but more of it is physical therapy at home, and I am very happy how good this is.

Compact and easy to use
Small in size and is great for keeping active even when you are busy. Simple to set up, screw on the pedals and add in the battery for the counter and you're set. I could actually get a good leg workout from this little machine.

Great Product
When sitting on a lazy recliner, it can provide good exercise without extending the footrest. Can feel burns to the legs, hips, waist and abdomen. I use it for 10 minutes when I wake up, and then use it for 10 minutes before going to work. It's as small and light as walking around, with the handle in the perfect position. The price is also great.

This is exactly what I need. Help me stop fidgeting during long work meetings. The weight of the machine feels solid, and I don't think I will break it-no matter how fast I "cycle" it won't shake. It's also very quiet. I like that it also counts my "steps", and if I put my phone in my pocket, it will also track my steps.

It should last a long time.
I changed my left knee, and the physical therapist suggested to find a hawker for home rehabilitation. I use it 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time. It definitely helps break stiffness and increase strength. Love all the different settings you can get on this device.
