    I am very disappointed with this purchase experience. The patio set arrived with missing chairs and no tracking information was available for several days. The table also arrived damaged with a visible dent in the metal frame. What was most frustrating was the inconsistent customer service. I was initially told a discount could be offered for the damaged table, but later was told no adjustment would be made because the item was sold through a third-party vendor on Target’s website. The return process has also been far more difficult than expected for a large furniture item. Customers should not have to leave oversized items outside for a 48-hour pickup window and assume the risk of theft or weather damage. I ordered through Target because I trusted the Target name and expected better communication and support for items sold on their website.
