Contigo Jackson Chill 2.0 Stainless Steel Water Bottle with AUTOPOP Lid, 24oz.

Contigo's Jackson Chill Steel Water Bottle with AUTOPOP is a must have in our household. My son brings it daily to school, and also uses at home, and the bottle has never once leaked because of the AUTOPOP top. It keeps his water cold and is easy to clean in our dishwasher. I take mine on the go and it fits perfectly in the cup holder in my car. I love Contigo water bottles and this one is a favorite in our household.

Great water bottle my kids love it!! I bought this bottle few times already. Keeps the water cold for long time my kids are playing soccer and they like to have cold water.

Sadly this water bottle builds up a black mold under the cap in less than a year if you use it daily. The piece that grows mold can’t be removed, the mold grows underneath it. I have had three of these. It’s not a fluke. Every one has done this. The stars are for the easy open, and lightness.

I agree with other reviews - LOVE this water bottle but the gasket inside the lid is turning black! Neither scrubbing nor bleach took it off. PLEASE sell replacement lids or replacement lid parts (gaskets)! You sell a great product - stand behind it!

Water stays cold with enough ice overnight. The weakest link is the lid. When the lid lock works, it's absolutely leak proof. The handle is useful for carrying and folds down to be out of the way. The problems are the nails holding the handle can come loose, and the lock button can break which prohibits the kids from staying closed. The redeeming quality though is the manufacturer will replace the lid through a warranty claim. Despite these issues, this is my favorite water bottle that I can flip open and closed with one hand and does not use a straw. I have 4 between my family members in different bottle sizes and use them daily.

Nice water bottle leak proof installation is good. It’s easy to clean. Portability is good. I like how skinny it is. Installation is good easy to keep cold or hot.

I bought two of these and am sending both back. The locking button on one is small and too hard to move, and on the other, the pop up button sticks.

My lids when mouldy on the rubber flip seal & can't find replacements

Bought this for my mum maybe last year and it’s still going strong no odors. Carrie’s her coffee and keeps it warm through the night. Easy to open and drink on the go.

This is my all-time favorite water bottle! I love the sleek, tall design because it’s easy to grasp, especially with small adult or arthritic hands. And, it’s fairly light-weight. I also love the fact that it keeps my water icy cold and the ice doesn’t even completely melt in the hot sun, or even when left in the cup holder in a hot car. Another great feature is the lid. It has a fairly large spout that allows for small ice chips to flow through. Since I’m an ice-muncher, I love this feature although, if I were designing it, It’d make the spout’s diameter even a bit larger. But, for now, when I want to munch on larger chunks of ice, I simply take the lid off. Speaking of lids, the great locking pop-top feature also makes it quick & simple to open. As far as the bottle’s durability goes, I accidentally dropped it on the cement once and it held up well without denting, but it did scratch the paint. I plan to buy another one just as soon as Contigo gets other colors back on the market. I sure hope they don’t discontinue this water bottle, or they will have one very disappointed customer!

I have been in love with this bottle for years. I love that it has the wide mouth so it’s not like sipping through a straw. The colors are great and the water stays cold, even in this god-awful Phoenix heat of 118° today! but PLEASE bring back the 20 oz bottle in the Orchid color. I had lost this bottle several times, and was so lucky to be able to find it and get it back. But this summer, I lost it in Bend, Oregon on vacation, and I was unable to find it before I had to leave town. Missing that color so much. I can’t find it anywhere online. Please bring that color back! Thank you.

Keeps drinks icy for a very long time. It is leak proof which makes it super portable, lockable, dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Super easy to use with one hand and feels like it has a sturdy build.

I love this bottle - the size, the handle and the lock top. In fact, I ordered another set. However, the major reason for only giving it a 3-star is the silicone gaskets gather mold despite proper care and cleaning. I have tried every way suggested to clean these gaskets all to no avail. Unfortunately, if I were to disassemble it, then it would leak. In reading other reviews, I see that this is problematic for many others. Hopefully Contigo will either improve this flaw, provide replacement tops or design the gasket so it can be cleaned properly.

I love this cup but I’ve had 2 now and both times the lid broke and they won’t stay closed.

The reported mold issues on the seal are legitimate. I was able to remove the seal but you should be able to replace either the complete lid or just the seals. There is no way that Contigo does not know about this issue, I would imagine that they just want the consumer to keep replacing bottles instead of fixing a known problem.

I love my contigo water bottle. It has been going strong for years. It keeps my drinks nice and cool when I put ice in it for when I’m working out. I haven’t noticed any mold or other issues that I’ve noticed with some water bottles, it’s easy to clean and it’s never leaked. Great choice. I love the button to press to easily open it to take a sip and the lock function to prevent spills.
