Choose Klean-Heat: it's premium, clean-burning oil lamp fuel. It's a little bit more expensive than some fuels you can buy, but we think it's worth it. Easy-to-pour jug holds 120 oz fuel . Travels quickly up oil lamp wicks . Made primarily for kerosene heaters but works great in oil lamps . Little to no smoke or odor . The clear fuel is a less-smelly alternative to kerosene. Shelf life is 3 years (unopened) and 6 months (after opened - oxygen depletes strength). Important: Keep away from children. Do not swallow. Avoid skin contact.

I prefer over kerosene

More stable than kerosene, burns very cleanly. Barely any smell, gives me of very gentle hint of my grandfathers garden potting shed which had a mix of compost and paraffin from the heater. But very faint and disappears completely outside.
