Misshapen & Terrible Quality Control

I’d give zero stars if I could. These arrived and were very badly misshapen. One footbed was round and the other extremely pointed. The difference was very obvious the minute I took them out of the package, so this lets me know the manufacturer is doing little in terms of quality control. It’s disappointing, to say the least, because I had really looked forward to wearing these for Summerween and in the fall.
