I have easily fixed so many articles of clothing for my 3 daughters. It is easy to setup and for even a beginner on a sewing machine the instructions are clear and it comes with everything you need to get started, minus the thread. One of the better sewing machines I have used, would definitely recommend.

This is lightweight and portable. Very basic machine teaching her the basics of what she needs to know. She was super excited to get it and personalized it to make it her own. It's perfect for her! Easy yo set up following the numbers to thread. Easy to fill the bobbin thread as well. Sewing was never made so easy! Perfect for the first timer.

I have always trusted the singer brand when it comes to sewing machines. I've been sewing since I was about 9 years old (now 40) and I've always had great experiences with the singer brand. It's a very straightforward machine and doesn't have a ton of fancy-hard to figure out features. This will do most everything you'd need as a household sewing machine. Runs smoothly and stitches nicely! Win win!

I have began taking quilting classes and I am moving along quite well using this sewing machine. It has enough power to run through my quilting with on problems, it is easy to thread, love the LED lighting and it is easy enough to carry around to my quilting class and from room to room in my house! It is quite durable and well made. I like the different stitchings I can choose from! This is a great product in my opinion.

I am just beginning to learn to sew and wanted something I could use to do small, basic things like hem pants and fix small rips in my kids clothing. This machine seems to fit the bill as it's not so complicated that it overwhelms me and the instructions were well labeled. It has a nice compact size that I can leave out on my dining room table as I'm in between projects. I have gotten jammed a few times while I've been using it but I think that has to do with my lack of skill more than the machine. I would suggest other new comers to sewing also try a model like this from Singer.

The threading was easy, I was able to sew my first buttons quickly. I didn’t like that there’s not a protective case for storage since I won’t be leaving it out around my kids, but overall it’s a super nice and simple first timer machine.

It has thorough instructions that allows you to thread the bobbin and the top easily. It has so many different stitches that you can do whatever you need to do. The foot pedal cord is plenty long as is the power cord. The light is bright enough so that you can see what you are sewing. The reverse button is in a great place so you can start and finish your hems easily. There are 63 different stitches. It’s just a really easy machine to use and does so much more than just a starter machine.
