Very sturdy. 2 wheels lock. I love that the hanging bar extends. Brand is Garvee.com. All parts included plus a couple extra screws. Went Together easily. Instructions clear. My only concern is that the bags attach to the bars by Velcro which if you are constantly taking on and off might eventually no longer "stick". But the Velcro seems very strong so I don't anticipate a problem because I keep the bags attached to the square frame when I dump out the clothes. Yes it's not cheap but very well built and matches my decor!
