The screw broke off in

The screw broke off in the crank handle, the crank handle spun on me due to the screw not being tight and when I went to tighten it for the 3rd time the screw broke off.

Terrible

Im 6. 5 320lbs I got this to help with my horrible back pain. However I found this item to be extremely uncomfortable and all it doid was make my ankles feel like they're getting ripped out i tried all the adjustments to make it feel better or do as its supposed to but couldn't find the right way. If you're smaller and lighter maybe it'll work for you. I'll be returning mine

Excellent quality construction. If you have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, collapsed discs, severe low back pain, lost height due to spinal compression this machine will be helpful. I find it works much better if you lie on your stomach as you can feel the decompression much better. The only down side is that if you have a really bad back it is difficult to get back up off the machine when you're done. Slide your feet in and out instead of using the clamping mechanism. Then rotate on your stomach on the bench and put you knees on the floor to stand up. Couldn't be more pleased with how it feels to be pain free for a while. Hope to get lasting results with continued use.

Happy with my purchase!

Really like this inversion traction table. . . . Does exactly what it says. I can really feel the difference in my lower back after being on it. It didn't take long for my husband to assemble it and he did without issue. Might take a bit to get into the best position figuring out feet position and where to lay on the table but once you do it works and feels great.
