Q: How does the desk portion fold flat? It doesn’t look clear in the images.

  • A: Thank you for reaching out to Akluer. In the corner between the handrail and the desk, there is a folding tripod. Use both hands to press the tripod inward to fold the desk with the handrail. Then, unscrew the handrail installation hole screw located at the bottom of the handrail. After that, you can fold the handrail and desk down so they lie parallel with the walking pad. If you still wish to use it as a walking pad, you may need to unscrew the desk mount and remove it. Then, you can use it as a walking pad. If anything is unclear, please refer to the product manual. Q: Are there wheels for easy storage under a bed or couch? How difficult is it to store and set up?

  • A: Thanks for reaching out to Akluer. Happy New Year 2026! It has two transport wheels in the front corners of treadmill, it's easy for any adult to move it to store under a bed or couch. As for setting up, you will need to set up the mobile phone holder, table mount and power socket etc., screws & tools are included in the accessory pack, 1-2 people will be enough to set up perfectly under the user guide P8-10.

Not overly impressed

I love the potential of having this in my office, but there a couple of really annoying things I can't seem to get over or find anyone to talk to about them. Does this company have customer service? The instructions came with 3 pictured screw bags. There were 4 in the acutal package, one of which was never used. This was an obvious error, but there was also NO way of knowing which screws were the correct ones for which step. So, on initial attachment of the desk to the base, the screws poked through the top because they were too long. Unfortunately again, there were 4 bags of unlabled screws and only 3 in the instructions, so what could have been done? The other complaint I have is that machine cuts off at 4.61 miles. It just shuts down and erases the logged mileage, time etc. Has happened every time I have used it. Obvious glitch. Would love CS to reach out to tell me if there is anything that can be done about this. And send me a new desk attachment. On the brightside, I can easily get 10k steps in my work day and stay productive.
