Crocs Adult Pokémon Classic Clogs, Multi, W12/M10

My grandson got these for an Easter present they are his go to favorite shoes as of late. Perfect size and shape for his foot, only problem we have is he doesn't like to wear socks with crocs.

I’ve been trying to resolve a delivery issue since April 29, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. My order was marked as delivered but never arrived. I followed the instructions to wait before reporting it, but when I reached out through chat, the representative ended the conversation without helping. I then called customer service and was disconnected before my issue was addressed. I remained respectful throughout both interactions, but I was left without any resolution. I expected better support and communication. Hoping this can be improved for future customers. I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor, but was told there was no way to transfer me and no option for a supervisor to follow up. I followed all instructions and remained respectful, but no one actually helped resolve the issue. This shouldn’t be this difficult.

I bought this for my 8 year old, and in 5 months he barely used them, it's peeling. I ve never would have thought this would happen.

For my sons birthday, ordered extra jibitz but they did not come.

A couple days after wearing them the paint started washing off

Within 1 week of receiving, the black was getting scuffed on the toe. With the price, we expected the same quality as other crocs.

No exceptions have never gotten a pair of crocs from here that was a problem They fit and look and wear very well

My grandson loved these crocs! So much so, that he doesn't want to wear them outside. Now I'll have to buy another pair for play!

Jibitz fall off all of the time. My coworkers hunt them down for me. A true miracle I've only lost one, the water jibit. They do not sell replacements. I bought the second they were released, and a month later the price was knocked down. The sides of my feet are torn up. But they're cute haha

To small

I wear them for every day tasks. One does feel a tad smaller than the other. All my other Crocs fit true to size

I love the look of these crocs and the attention I get from them. The Pokémon and the light up charm is great. However, they run small and are not comfortable to wear. I have many pair of crocs and fit into an 11. These feel closer to a 9.5. My feet don't fit all way in and heel hangs off the back. I stressed my concerns to crocs support and they said that they were defective and sent another pair. Those fit the same. I wish I knew they ran small before I bought them so I could have ordered a 12 or 12.5.

Strap broke a week into wearing

Fire Jibblit fell off and because it had been over a month they couldn't help me. I tried to ask if they could charge me just for the Jibblit and they said they couldn't help me.

Blastoise jibbitz came off after 24 hours of owning these shoes and they don't sell that particular one to replace. Wanted to love these shoes but that's poor quality.
