Walker Edison 6-Drawer Dresser with Reeded Fronts Black 6-Drawer

The nightstand looks like the pictures and fits our modern decor. I can’t get over the how easy it was to follow the included instructions. The screws and dowels and such were each in separate labeled bags and even extra pieces included. I am impressed with how much thought the company gave to packaging and instructions as well as the modern design and solid piece of furniture.

We bought this dresser over a year ago and loved it! I enjoy building furniture so this was a fun project. We’ve had an issue though and I’d love to get some help! One of the sliders broke and can’t be fixed. I’m happy to replace it or install a new one but I can’t find the part info anywhere. Any help would be appreciated as we’re currently living with one drawer on the floor :)

I assembled this for my wife and was immediately disappointed by its design. The locking mechanism immediately failed to function correctly. Oftentimes, it would fail to unlock the other shelves even when all are fully closed. I had to force the shelves open multiple times. It's the most useless tech I've ever seen in a piece of furniture. What purpose does this serve? The overall build quality is poor. Skip it.

Looks great but the drawers have very little space for clothes. They also have these automatic locks so you can’t open a drawer till another is closed. I installed them incorrectly which ended up damaging my drawer because it got stuck and wouldn’t open. The metal screw locks are too small for the holes and easily come undone so my drawer fronts keep coming off which also damaged the wood. It looks nice, but poor quality and unfortunately I regret buying this dresser and the matching nightstands.

Dresser looks nice but feels and functions so cheaply. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to purchasing. It took 3 full hours to build. This product is nothing like other Walker Edison pieces that we have purchased in the past. The drawers are very shallow and don’t hold very much at all. The locking feature is clunky. Would not recommend.

Looks great . Only thing is the drawers don’t pull out a lot

This dresser was straightforward to put together, however, be prepared to spend hours assembling. I really love the design of it, but there is a huge issue with drawers sticking due to the locking feature. Because of this, I’m very disappointed in the final product.

We bought the six drawer dresser and hate it. Within just a few months we are already looking to replace it. The locking system that helps the dresser not tip over constantly gets stuck to the point of slamming drawers shut just to be able to open another drawer. One of the drawers front covers keeps falling off no matter how many times we screw it in. I absolutely love the look of this dresser and have loved our WE bedframe, but this dresser line just is NOT it. Save your money!

I just bought this about two weeks ago… started building it. While in the process of building it, it broke. Got replacement pieces sent to me. Started rebuilding. Nearing the end of building, Suddenly none of the drawers function. A few of them won’t go into their slots at all. After building it twice I would assume i’de built it correctly, it looks just like in the manual but somehow it non functional. I will be returning.

Beautiful piece. Sturdy and looks great on the room. I had some difficulty with the drawer lock system but was able to figure it out.

These nightstands are beautiful! Exactly as described and pictured! Assembly was not too bad!

The material is very cheap. The wood is already splitting, 1 month after setting up. Even immediately after setting up the system of only allowing 1 drawer at a time to be open was never going to work. We had to remove those pieces or else the drawers would be stuck forever. At this price you're better off buying something that is more sturdy. The drawers are also not very big, they don't pull out all the way so you can't see half your clothes & they don't hold that much. It looks cute, but not worth it at all, very disappointed, already looking for new dressers 1 month in.

Overall the piece is very nice looking, and goes well with our new master bedroom. However, the vertical and horizontal sliders were a bit cumbersome to assemble. The right side worked fine, but I wound up taking a piece off of the left side sliding mechanism, because I could not get the locking arms to unlock when I would shut a drawer.

Beautiful set of night tables. This colour is absolutely beautiful and the reed front just gives that extra WOW. EASY to put together. Took about an hour for each table. Followed the directions to a tee. Make sure to use the glue with the dowels to give it that extra reinforcement. Will be a perfect addition to our upgraded bedroom look. Well worth the price!

It took 3 people 2 days to get two night stands and a three drawer chest put together. Instructions were not helpful. Would not buy again.

Disappointed that after assembling realized the wood is already warped/bent

I wanted to love this dresser but honestly I am super disappointed about the quality. It is absolutely beautiful looking but the function of it is horrible. The cams keep popping out of a couple of the drawers which makes the whole drawer fall apart. Two of the drawers have to be forcefully shut and they make a horrible noise that sounds like they are about to break. The top right hand handle fell off day one due to the tiny little screws provided. If the dresser was better quality, the 5 hours it took to assemble wouldn’t have been a big deal but at this point I feel like I wasted my time and money. I really wanted to purchase a bed frame from them as well but am highly debating it now due to the poor quality of the dresser and am worried the bed frame won’t hold up.
