Hunter Fans 52" Matte Black Marconi Lighted Ceiling Fan with Integrated LED and Wall Control

Terrible fan. Bad design. Would take two people to change bulbs and change fan direction switch due to light cover being attached by 3 of the smallest screws I’ve ever seen. No wonder it was at a 66% discount. Total garbage.

Overall average fan with decent light and decent air flow. the wall controls are frustrating out of the box. they worked for a few days then failed to change anything. Reset the breaker and nothing. reseated the batteries (had I known there would be batteries in the wall switch I absolutely would not have bought wall controls) and it worked for a few minutes and failed again. I just left it with the fan on medium and the light at its maximum and haven't done anything but use the power button since. Maybe it needs new batteries? but its a pain to change them out and google has been worthless trying to figure out troubleshooting. The whole wall controls thing is just not intuitive and ruins a decent 4 star fan.

I have installed around 40 fans and this is by far the worst design I have ever had to deal with. It does work fine once its up but do not buy. And the internal switch to reverse the direction is just plain dumb.

Do not purchase. We bought three of these fans, thinking they were a great deal at the clearance price. All three have issues with lights and fan turning on and off. We are in the process of getting new receivers from Hunter to fix the issue. Also the fan makes a humming noise when running. Not worth even the clearance price. Hunter quality is just not what it used to be.

I have 3 Hunter fans this one is horrible, I wanted a wall control not a remote, this is a remote put in the wall! Installation is a joke, many parts that could come put together, this fans light cover is two parts impossible to put up, I needed to tape the glass to the frame install with screws while on a ladder. To get to the reverse mode you need to remove the glass, which is a poor design when the glass screw off like my other fans where you need a ladder, but this one to remove the glass is a major job. I need two more fans but will look elsewhere than Hunter

Light is very dim as the trim ring and diffuser block lots of light. The process of reversing the fan direction or changing light bulbs is frustrating as the trim ring is not attached to the diffuser, so you need 3 hands: one to remove screws, one to hold the trim ring, and one to hold the diffuser. My fan also skips or start/stops itself very quickly which is very unnerving when trying to sleep.

We have this fan in our living room a few months ago. I was concerned that it was a bit too small for the space but it actually covers the area really well. My wife and I really like the look of it and it fits with our decor very nicely.

1st Hunter fan purchased and will be my last. Kit included cheap hardware that stripped easily. Stupid switch design that is powered by a battery instead of the DC wiring that is attached. I did manage to get it to work on a 2switch set up, but you lose dimming functions with this route. For the price I expected better than home depot's house brand, but this fan fell way short.

It is so quiet that I wouldn’t know it was running if I couldn’t feel the wonderful breeze. I will definitely buy a Hunter Fan if I have a future need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan is so quiet you barely know its on. If the air was not moving, you wouldn't even know it was on. My husband said it took about an hour to install and that is included with stabilizing it with the weights and taking down the old ceiling fan (which was a nightmare!) I love the sleek design and that it matches my flooring!!! Would definitely purchase a Hunter ceiling fan in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I JUST GOT THIS HUNTER 52 INCH CEILING FAN AND I ABOUSETLY LOVE IT. MY HUSBAND INSTALLED IT AND IT WAS VERY EASY TO DO. THE FAN BLADES ARE WHETHERED GRAY ON ONE SIDE AND SOLD GREY ON THE OTHER SIDE. AND THE TOP PART OF THE FAN IS BRUSHED NICKEL FINISH. IT ALSO HAS A LIGHT ON IT. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYBODY I SEE.

love the look! annoyed by the remote/wall switch. It's overly complicated to dim lights/switch between fan speeds, and the battery operated component is a disappointment. Not looking forward to having to guess when the batteries are dead (unless of course one day I can't turn the fan on) and have to remove the switch plate from the wall in order to put in new ones. Probably going to switch to the old receiver/remote from the old Hunter fan we replaced. It definitely is a powerful and mostly quiet fan, though - and it gives off much better light than our last one.

The light on the fan is much bigger than it looks (like a big giant saucer). I am not a fan of how it looks but already paid an electrician to install it.
