Good but missing piece

I received it and I put it together but it’s missing 2 pieces. I called customer service and they’re working on getting me the pieces I’m pieces! One is the front bar which holds up the bed!!

Nightmare to assemble

I like the stairs and the sizing of the frame and while a bit shakable it's holding me up. However, this was a nightmare to assemble with some instruction steps preventing you from completing later steps such as for attaching the shelves next to the desk, not having enough room between the legs to insert the bolts. Also the slats or bars for the frames are near impossible to align and it doesn't tell you how. Also how do they expect to attach the bed frame to the legs. I ended up having to install it upside down and flip it over. Also hate the amount of styrofoam in the packaging. And some of the bolts were missized and much of the placement of the bolts seem specifically placed to make it near impossible to use power tools. Especially since due to probably bad tolerances the threads tend to make it really hard to tighten the bolts by hand. Anyway would've never bought it if it wasn't for the fact it was the exact size i need.
