    This stuff is amazing!!

    I've been feeling like something was missing... I've had a lot more brain fog lately and decided to do a search for the best supplements for that. First thing that came up was Bacopa Monnieri... OMG... I had been taking it for a long time, and somehow it got missed and I had stopped buying it. Never again. This stuff really works!!

    Works for me!

    Subjective results are all I can go on, but I think they are important. If you want the technical details, do what I did and search the web. I tried it and it seems to work well with me, enough so that it became a standard in my stack.

    I am a SWANSON loyal customer. I absolutely do not trust any other health maintenance brand.

    I'm trying to fend off the dementia that my father had. All I can hope is this helps. Placebo affect... who knows but when I take it I feel vaguely more alert. Just being honest. I believe our bodies are more in tuned with God made plants than synthetic manmade chemicals. Always a fan of easily dissolveable capsules.

    Memory strengthener

    Alternative Use

    Just like Alpha-GPC, Bacopa's capsules are difficult for me to swallow, so I prepare a smoothie and empty the contents of the capsules into it. I don't do the twice a day as recommended by the company, so I can't vouch for effectiveness...yet. I do want to state that it does reduce the mental cloud one feels.

    Works, but gives me nausea

    I noticed a difference almost right away with this helping my memory and concentration. I unfortunately however, have a very sensitive stomach, and one of the side effects of this is nausea, so I can only take a little at a time.

    Swanson Bacopa Monnieri 250 mg 90 Caps

    I was taking Swanson Bacopa Monnieri for about a year along with four other supplements that raised my Nitric oxide which effected my prostate and causing it to bleed. I stopped taking it but it did do what I expected of it.
