Riding like a pro in no time

2 years ago when we introduced this to our son, he wasn't excited at all about it. in fact he cried and cried and cried about how he didn't want it. fast forward to today we can't keep him off it. he went from "walking" it while standing over the seat holding the handlebars. then all of a sudden he sat down and took off! now he goes 100 mph getting smiles from everyone as he bikes along! love this so much!

Would not recommend this for toddlers

Our son is 2 years old and in the 70th percentile for height, yet even with the seat on the lowest setting, his feet only just reach the ground. He struggles to sit fully down on the seat while peddling with his feet. He has to move his body forward off the seat to peddle more easily. Those aren't even our biggest complaints. Our biggest complaint is the bolts that stick out on the sides of the bike (see photo). Talk about dangerous and painful!!! It's gotten to the point where my very fearless son (who can literally fall several feet, scrape his head and knees open and still say, "Ow! Okay, I go play again…") doesn't trust this balance bike and hates staying on it longer than a few seconds. I am sure it's because he is done getting those huge bolts jammed into his body. The designer on this is either childless and/or careless, and I struggle to understand all these rave reviews.

AMAZING BIKE

My son loves his new yellow Strider 12 Sport bike! It was easy to assemble and easy for my son to learn how to ride it. Now he comes home every day asking if he can get his yellow helmet and yellow bike. He's only been riding for a few weeks, but is already getting faster and coasting longer. Thanks for an amazing product!

Great, light weight, just one complaint

I wish there was some way to keep the seat and wheel straight when adjusting the height. It lets you turn them leading to a misaligned wheel or seat.

Loved by our boys!

We bought strider balance bikes for all 4 of our boys. Every 2nd birthday our boys got to choose their color. Our youngest is now 3 and he has the blue sport edition. He has rode it 2-3 times daily and it's his favorite thing ever! During the pandemic our family has rode bikes and took walks 2x as much as we did daily! The Strider sport is simply amazing quality and so easy for kids to use. Last week unfortunately someone stole our blue one and left our youngest son super sad. We will have to for sure get another bike ASAP as it's his favorite. We love strider bikes so much we tell all our friends about them! Even the preschool that our boys have all went to, have multiple Strider bikes! If you're looking for something durable, well made and loved by kids, Strider is the best choice!

Finally! My timid 3 year old has found a bike that makes him feel brave! He was so grateful to receive his 'bike with no pedals' and is picking it up so fast!

Super Simple Setup

We bought for our 18 month old and he was immediately drawn to it. Ran right over and threw a leg over. Out of the box, the assembly was really simple. The instructions and pieces go together very easy.

I would recommend this product

We love the strider bike 12" Sport that we bought for our 1 yr old son then. Now he's 2 and there's no day that he won't use it. He learned to balance in just a few days that he was using it. Everyday is bike day!

My kids are riding bike after just turning 3!!

This product is amazing! We got this the spring my twins turned two and we rode these non stop. Shortly after their third birthday we put the pedals on and they took right off!!! Highly recommend! Remember, training wheels don't teach you how to balance.

Best ever.

My three children were each gifted a strider bike for their first birthday from their Uncle. By 18months, they were riding. They are now 6,5 and 4 years old. They all confidently ride peddle bikes and never used training wheels. I can't recommend a strider bike enough. Best gift ever.

Great for smaller kids

I bought this as a second birthday gift for my daughter. She is petite and this is one of the only balance bikes with a stand-over height that fits her. She has been loving it now that the weather has warmed up.

BEST PURCHASE WE EVER MADE FOR OUR KIDS!!!

We bought both our kids Striders at the same time. They are 17 months apart, but both learned how to ride quickly. My son was able to ride a pedal bike at 2 years old and my daughter was 3. I can't encourage you enough to buy one of these bikes if you have a child who doesn't know how to ride a bike or has never tried to ride a bike. We also love the snow skis you can purchase for winter. The Strider made the transition on their dirt bikes easier, as well. My kids are now 7 & 9, yet still love to have fun on their Striders. We had to purchase the taller seat, but it was well worth it. I am hoping to get a grant to get Striders for the elementary school where I work. Riding a bike is a fundamental skill and will provide a healthier option for kids. Do your little one a favor and purchase a Strider bike. There are many other balance bikes out there, but none as durable, reliable, or easy to use as a Strider.

Stider Bikes are MUST HAVES for Kids

Our family loves Strider Bikes and we recommend them to everyone we know that is teaching their kids to ride. Both of our kids went from learning to balance on Strider bikes and later hopped right on a peddle bike and took off. Such an easy transition. Here are some pictures of my son at age 4 and a picture of him now, age 12. He has come a LONG way since learning to ride his Strider but all that balance started there. Thank you!

Perfect Bike for 2 year old!

We bought the strider sport balance bike for our 2 year old (25 months) son for Christmas. I was worried he might be too young to understand what to do with it. I was SO wrong. Within 10-15 mins he was walking while seated. After about 30 mins he was practicing gliding. Then after about an hour, he was gliding down driveways and running/gliding on the flat pavement. We were BLOWN away! This little bike is AMAZING! He asks for his Bike from the moment he wakes up to the moment he goes to sleep! Highly highly recommend getting this bike for every toddler!

Amazing Bike!

I bought this a month ago for my 3 year old son and he absolutely loves it. All he talks about is his bike and we go outside to play every day because of it. He is gliding down hills and impressing us with his balance. We are going to take him to a BMX track now because he all he talks about is going fast on his bike. If you are thinking about getting one, do it! It's worth all the smiles.
