    Beautiful but Not Functional

    I love the look of this dresser and the materials are fairly sturdy. However, the drawers do not open and close smoothly ( a bit clunky!) and only one drawer can be open at a time, which is really frustrating. My little one just turned 4 months and we started using his nursery - had I noticed this issue before now I would have returned it.

    Buyer beware!

    I bought this in July, and had expected great things because of the reviews. However, all the reviews are incentivized. The drawers are nearly impossible to open very clanky and loud, which doesn’t work well for a nursery. Every time I open a drawer, it wakes my little one up. One star for quality.

    Horrible smell

    I’ve had this for a month now and after 4+ weeks of attempting to air out the drawers its overwhelming chemical and fake engineered wood smells, it’s still no where near usable for clothing. Additionally, the black paint they used on the back pieces also rubs off on skin and fabrics, and given the unrelenting smell i just don’t buy that this is greenguard certified - especially based on the formaldehyde levels my Dyson has picked up on with this product in the room. I wouldn’t recommend.

    Hello KD, We can assure you that the stain we use in our products is non-toxic and water based. New product can sometimes give off an odor called off gassing, after it has been confined in a box from new. This does not normally last more than a few days, however to help dissipate this odor, we would suggest keeping the room well ventilated until the odor has gone and to wipe the product down with a damp cloth, then dry with a different cloth. If the odour persist, please reach out to the retailer for further assistance.

My husband was pleasantly surprised by the ease of assembly. The size is perfect; not too large but big enough for ample storage with nice, wide drawers for lots of items. I love that the top changing attachment can be removed easily with two bolts and it is versatile for years to come after infancy! My family recommends this durable, quality piece of furniture!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Storkcraft Casablanca 3 Drawer Chest in the sage green color, and it’s gorgeous—a perfect soft pop of color that still feels neutral and calming in my daughter’s room. The removable changing topper is a game-changer for small spaces if you are in that phase of life. The drawers are roomy with a smooth glide, however the top drawer doesn’t slide as smoothly as the others, hence the 4 stars. There’s also a small crack and a scratch on the corner of the dresser top, but not a huge deal. This convertible dresser has a clean, modern look that grows with your child. We love that it’s both practical and beautiful.

    Beautiful dresser

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This children's dresser is really beautiful! It's solid, so it is pretty heavy to maneuver, but it is very durable and built to last. The instructions were a little more complicated than they needed to be, but we were able to assemble the dresser without any real issues. I love that the dresser drawers have a locking mechanism that allows you to only open one drawer at a time. The drawers all open very smoothly and have plenty of room for storage. I love the scalloped detail at the bottom of the dresser and think it's a fun touch. The changing area is very easy to add and remove without damaging the look of the dresser. I used a standard Graco changing pad and it fits really well. This will be a piece that grows with my daughter well into childhood.

I got the hazelnut color which is a beautiful natural medium wood tone. Using this in a boy’s nursery but it would go well in both girl and boys rooms! So adorable and timeless.     I love this dresser
