Product is great but the company that provided the product sent me the wrong product twice before getting it right.

After suffering through multiple budget staplers that performed poorly, I treated myself to a Swingline 747. This baby is chrome like the bumper on a 1956 Buick Special, and weighs enough to fend off a medium sized dog. I can now staple my documents with confidence, and my co-workers enviously eye my chrome 747. Top notch!

Had for less than a week and it's already jammed beyond repair. So disappointing.

I first purchased this stapler in 2017 and it is STILL working to this day. Extremely reliable and durable. I work in a classroom, and it has put up with hundreds of teenagers using it recklessly. I liked it so much, I decided to purchase another one last year. Unfortunately, IT'S A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STAPLER. The quality has gone down. The original has a metal plate with the name on top, whereas the new version has the name printed directly on top. Swingline should not call it the same thing. The new stapler jammed within the first week of use. I don't use it anymore because it keeps jamming! The one from 2017 is still going strong. There are subtle differences in the constructions, but these differences are significant. I hope Swingline is more transparent about these changes and gives the product a completely new name, as it's essentially a different product. Also -- the product image might not match the product given. If you receive one with the metal nameplate, then you've received a quality stapler. If you receive the one with the printed name, it probably won't last long. Swingline -- please go back to the original construction!

It's already destroyed, unfortunately. 2-3 weeks in my students broke it without extreme use. I hoped this was tough, but it jammed, then the spring broke, top came separated, ugh. It looked snazz in chrome, but R.I.P.

I had this Stapler for 10+ years when it finally broke. The new one I ordered has been redesigned (old version had a metal plate w/ logo on top, this one just has the logo on the enamel). The new version jams EVERY time it runs out of staples. I have to clear the jam with pliers. Finally, today, a tiny piece of staple got jammed inside and I cannot clear it. I'm extremely disappointed in the decrease in quality. Yes, I use Swingline S.F. 4 staples.

When I tried to add staples to the stapler for the first time, a small spring flew out of the stapler. I cannot find a user manual with diagrams online and the customer service Chat is unreponsive.

The best manual stapler out on the market. It is also a movie star and was featured in Office Space (R) in 1999. I will never buy another stapler but this model.

Drk blue stapler (SKU: S7074729) was out of stock here so I had to purchase elsewhere. Feels like it will last forever. Meets my basic office needs. Got premium staples as well. Thanks.
