Disappointing Service / 2 chairs arrived stained
Order this chair but NOT from Target! I received this chair initially back in December and it arrived with a stain on it. Given the price, I wanted a replacement. It took 8 conversations with Target to get the replacement sent - they cancelled the replacement without notifying me, struggled to coordinate the pickup, failed to follow up with changes, didn't notify me of changes being made..... I finally received the replacement about a week before my babies arrived. Unfortunately, this one also arrived with a stain. Incredibly disappointed given the price of the item and the poor service to remedy the issue. The chair isn't worth the price if it's going to arrive in poor condition. Namesake should reconsider selling through Target.

Not worth the cost. Loud Rocker.
This chair was good for the first 5 months, but now not worth the price. The chair started creaking and is so loud. I have tried every grease, oil, WD40 and it’s still so loud. If you are looking for a quiet chair to rock your child to sleep, look elsewhere. Also, the back pillow is velcroed to the back, so almost every time you sit down you hear the back slightly coming off, which is just more noise and after 5 months of use looks saggy. Take note, the seat pillow can not be removed, so if things fall down the side or something is spilled it’s very aggregating to clean up. Lastly, I personally dislike that the chair swivels and rocks. I just want to rock back and forth, but end up moving all around facing all areas of the room, that is unnecessary. Again, really not what I expected from an $800 chair.

Dont Buy
The pillow padding is barely there, I ended up shoving spare pillows I had laying around the house to give the back pillow somewhat of a shape. This chair is LOUD. It creaks so much, try putting a baby to sleep with the noise. My husband already did everything he could to stop the noise but nothing works. I wish I would have invested in a better quality rocking/swivel chair.

Not worth the buy
The quality of this chair is pretty bad, the stitching in a lot of areas was misaligned and the back cushion is under stuffed. It’s a shame because the shape of the chair is fantastic and a great look.
