Vaporizer Ice Melt, Calcium Chloride Pellet - 50 lb

this item arrived in a shipping box that was torn and compromised in several afreas and it had also been slashed presumably with a box cutter on the bottom of the box. the calscium chloride leaked out of the package all over the box and when opened spilled out into my home. Target refused to issue a refund unless i brought the product back to a carrier or in-store. Breathing in the chemicals from the dust of the calcium chloride seems very unhealthy and given that the shipment box was trashed, I had no way to transport the product. Bottom line is that because of the careless ness of either the distribution center or the shipper, i have to eat the $90+ dollars and pay someone to take this to the city dump.
