Costway Queen Size Bed Frame w/ Headboard Wood Slat Support No Box Spring Needed

I ordered this bed for our guest room. I liked that I didn’t need a box spring because we didn’t have one, just the mattress. The bed was delivered a day earlier than expected which was nice. I was able to put it together completely by myself (a 38 year old woman) but I was pretty determined. Would be easier with two people for sure. I paid $150 for this bed and I would say it’s maybe worth closer to $100. I accidentally cracked the flat solid piece in the middle of the headboard because I turned the screw one too many times. Nothing I can do about the crack and it is visible which is frustrating. This bed is ok for occasional use but I think it would show wear and tear quickly with daily use. It does feel sturdy overall, I got on it after putting it together and putting the mattress on top and bounced around to make sure our first guests who sleep don’t end up on the floor. I got the queen size bed and our mattress is a queen and there are gaps all around the mattress where you can see the wooden slats so not a snug fit. Speaking of the slats, one of them was warped so I couldn’t screw in one side but it was one that screwed in, in 3 spots. The instructions were just pictures and the few notes added at the bottom I had to read several times to comprehend what it was saying. The stickers on the pieces to identify what was what were really hard to get off completely and I’ll probably need to go around and scratch off the sticky residue. Overall, this bed is just meh…nothing special and several annoyances about it. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Extremely enjoyable

I was a bit nervous buying a bed without any reviews but I think it’s quite pretty in person. Installing the slats in the middle was quite tricky but it’s quite beautiful once it’s completed and the price was great!
