Colors were faded and not what I had expected given the pictures which seemed clear, bright and vibrant. Still deciding whether I will keep it.

The floral pattern is beautiful and bright without being overwhelming, and it really gives the bedroom a fresh, cozy feel. The botanical design looks even nicer in person and pairs well with both neutral and colorful decor. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and I like that it’s made from cotton so it stays breathable at night. The duvet cover fits my insert well and the ties inside help keep everything in place so it doesn’t bunch up. I also appreciate that it’s reversible with a classic stripe pattern on the other side, which gives you two different looks in one set. I love that the duvet cover is reversible, so you can have a blue stripe-y moment or a floral moment depending on your mood. The King set comes with one King duvet cover, and two (KING SIZED!!) pillowcases (also reversible, see photos). I took off one star because, though it's gorgeous, it wrinkles incredibly easily and the fabric is not very breathable and is slightly scratchy. Overall, it's still comfortable though and I've had 2 great sleeps with it so far. Additionally, my husband says the duvet cover was a bit of a pain to put on because there are SO MANY buttons. Overall, though, this is a cute set that I'm happy to add into our linen rotation!

I’m really impressed with the high quality of the Levtex Home Maileen Duvet Cover Set. To start with, the packaging is pretty and makes the brand feel luxurious but committed to sustainability. I’d actually been in the market for a duvet cover for quite awhile but couldn’t find anything that was the quality, design, and price point I wanted. This fit all three of my specifications. I love that it’s 100% cotton, as natural fibers are inportant to me. The design is cheery without being too busy. The patterns on both sides are quite peaceful. The weight is nice and heavy, unlike cheap alternatives. The duvet cover easily fit my king size duvet, and the shams were perfect for the king size pillows I have, even after washing and drying them according to the directions on the tag. I was worried that they would shrink or pucker at the seams, but they came out looking great. One word of caution is that they came out of the dryer incredibly wrinkled. I ironed the sham covers, but the duvet cover was too large for me to easily iron, so I misted it with water instead. While that trick tends to work on clothing it was only partially helpful on the duvet cover. For me, it’s not a big deal, and honestly, it wouldn’t be too difficult to iron it straight on the bed, though I didn’t try. I like this bedding so much that I’m going to purchase more patterns and/or bedding accessories from Levtex Home going forward.
