Do not purchase this couch. It looks beautiful in the photos but it is very, very low quality item. It is a build it your self couch and I mean every piece. You even put the cushions in the covers. It is not leather, as stated in the title, it is fake leather. Out of the box, it has a broken zipper, dents in the wood, one of the panels were not even sanded smooth, and the wood was split in areas. The cushions themselves are very firm, so I think they will hold up over time, but they are also very uncomfortable once placed on the couch. I wasted time opening it and even putting it together. I had been looking at the couch for over a month now, and didn’t want to give up on it until I saw it put together. I also was considering that once built, if it was comfortable, I would return the damaged one and have them send a replacement. After seeing it together and feeling how uncomfortable it is to sit on, and how overall cheap looking and lack of quality in the couch, I don’t even want a replacement. It would be embarrassed to have this couch in my house. I would strongly suggest to pass on this couch. It’s too bad that is such a low quality couch. And to add more disappoint to this purchases, I have to find a way to bring it back to Target to return it. It won’t fit in my car and they can’t pick it up at my house because it won’t fit back in the original boxes. I can disassemble it, yet the cushions inserts were vacuumed packed and once exposed to air, no longer fit in the box. I am not sure what the answer is on how to get my money back from a damaged item. It’s been a nightmare. Ive included a photo of one of the cracked wood sides, and a photo of the unfinished rough wood and a dent.
