I started using this product 2 weeks ago and after a week there was a noticeable difference in my mood. Kava kava is a well-known supplement for anxiety and this product delivers some much needed calming effects. I usually have some trouble with swallowing larger pills, but the size and the coating of these capsules are perfect! I HIGHLY recommend giving these a shot if you need a mood support supplement.

Helps to relax and fall asleep
I tried it one evening and it helped me relax and fall asleep quite easily. I will definitely try it again when I have time.

Help Sleep
I got this for my mother who have a hard time sleeping for over 30 years. She have used a variety of sleeping pills over the years to assist in sleeping but most are ineffective overtime as her body got used to it and I can't imagine it being healthy. The first time she tried this, she felt relaxed and slept all night. We are excited about this new product as it is natural and seem to work. We hope that the impact will be permanent and her body won't reject or get used to it after a few months of use. Will circle back and update the review in a few months.

Pure ingredients for less stress
I am so happy that I discovered Kava Kava. My sleep and mood has improved so much ever since I have been taking it. I feel more relaxed and less irritated. The pure ingredients that are high quality and backed up by vigorous scientific research make a big difference!
