Some of the keypad buttons are in the wrong places when typing, they don't correspond to the button you push. Tried the @ and got the . push the . and get the @.

After having my internet modem knocked out last May, I saved some money on monthly internet costs for a while by using the local libraries. However, this HP Chromebook fit in well with my poor artist's budget. The ports are minimal but I bought a 4-port USB-A 3.0 adapter and it works great.

An excellent product but I wish it had a backlit keyboard,I ended up purchasing one of those clip on reading lights so I can see the keyboard just enough.

Needed to upgrade my current Chromebook due to updates ceasing this year. I am really impressed with this Chromebook. The Chrome OS is easy to setup and navigate - Nothing has changed and is really user friendly. The speed is much quicker than my previous one (Lenovo S345). For tech, my go to has always been either Samsung or HP due to the price, specs and design. Pairs with my HP printer flawlessly.

I ordered this Chromebook to replace my previous HP tablet-style Chromebook which would cease to recognize the physical keyboard at times. My favorite feature of this new Chromebook is that, connected to my HP docking station, it will support two external monitors, which my previous unit would not. This has given me a great deal more versatility. I can view/use my browser and email at the same time. Major improvement. I use it mainly for email and web access along with some word processing.and various other apps. So far so good!

The Hp Chromebook is an easy to use computer. It is a simple computer, but don't let that fool you it works great. I love it!

it slows down a little after doing multiple tasks that require a lot of power at once, but a quick restart gets me back on track. besides that it’s a cool computer

Chromebooks have always been one of my favorite tech tools. They are versatile and user friendly. This Chromebook is that ... PLUS. If that weren't obvious. It's an affordable, lightweight, sleek designed , Powerhouse; when it comes to Chromebooks that is. Off the top of my head I can't remember the specs, but the display is about what you would expect from an product, and that's the best without breaking your bank. Great memory and storage I multi task a lot and haven't been drug down yet. It's holding up great so I'd give it an 8 of 10 on durability. It's a great machine for many use cases. The icing on the cake is a battery that goes the distance with fast and adaptive charging. It keeps the work and fun flowing then does it's part to keep your battery healthy, and extend its life.I don't leave home without it and rarely use my laptop anymore. With the way this performs i should probably get a HP laptop I'm anxious to see what they perform like if a Chromebook has taken on the majority of my workload... Thank You HP you made a wonderful product. I have already and will continue to recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

Great compact machine. Good quality. Do a great job. Easy settings and to use. Brightfull colors. Honestly perfect for school even in 9th years ! (secondary #2 in Quebec) and ... affortable solution !

Nice product

I bought this laptop for my husband to use for his business and emails. Ordering and delivery were prompt and without any issues. Comms were great and prompt. However, 2 keys on the keyboard were switched around. The 2 and @ key are in the ' " space. We work around it, but it is a bit confusing. As I live in the regional VIC it is a bit challenging to do a return.

Very happy with this product does everything good I love chromebooks way better faster and cheaper than other other computer software and no virus problems all hp products I've had have been excellent

If you are ever thinking of buying a chromebook, DON'T. Unless you need a computer for the sole purpose of searching information on google, you are committing yourself to a life of deprivation and frustration.
