Sturdy and easy on joints

A very sturdy trampoline ... it took me about 15 minutes to set up by myself. I have been jumping on it this week and it has not hurt my knees at all. It is a lot of fun to use

Excellent way to strengthen knees

This allowed me get back in shape. I was not able to get floor to do exercise that PT recommend. This strengthens my knees

Works well

Took about an hour to put it together. Just started using it and it seems to work well. and have long legs, so I purchased the larger mat. I'm looking forward to getting a good workout with this mini trampoline.

My favorite workout tool.

I heard about this equipment from Dr. It has helped me become more active and stay healthy. I now do 150 300 jumps daily and have lost weight. The equipment is heavy duty and of high quality.

So far, so great. .

I use it quite often, probably 3 days a week for 10 15 minutes at a time. I incorporate bike riding in my workouts as well.
