Extra Charges for missing pieces

Came with incorrect bedposts, supplier shipped replacement but refuses to pay for import duty, so extra cost for me. Also not visible in this picture but there are bed posts halfway down the side which you will forever stub your toes against. Stay clear.

Loved this purchase!

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this bed because when I did it had zero reviews, but I am more than happy with my purchase. Firstly, it arrived earlier than expected. My husband and I were able to build it within a little less than an hour. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The bed is sturdy and of good quality, exactly as pictured. The material is actually wood and I definitely recommend. For reference our mattress is a 12in queen and it fit perfectly. The headboard is still visible once mattress is on and we do not have a box spring.
