Great if you're single

The mattress is fine if only one person is in the bed. As soon as a second person gets in, you both topple to the center. We are normal weight people.

Comfy, but has a smell

The mattress fluffed up nicely and is plenty comfortable for a trundle style. It has an off gas smell that hasn't dissipated for about two weeks now. I've read it's non toxic, but I feel skeptical.

Disappointed, did not return to proper shape

The mattress did not restore it's shape properly and had lumps in it. I reached out to support and to their credit they gave me some tips to try to help it work itself out but after a week of not being able to sleep on it as I was waiting for it to fix itself, I gave up. Support has been trying to offer me a replacement mattress when I just want a refund now since I had to dispose of it myself and i purchased a mattress from a local shop. So far I've only been offered a 30% refund on the purchase and I am trying to get a full refund. Would not recommend this experience.

The BEST mattress we’ve had in a long time.

Super fast delivery and a great mattress so far. The price was an added bonus. The extra edge support to help keep a person from rolling off the side really works. What an excellent idea. It is a much better mattress than our old Serta at half the cost. We highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a mattress that helps relieve back pain.

Do not get this if you want a soft mattress

I had high hopes for this mattress because of the reviews, but it is unfortunately very firm and uncomfortable. I have been having horrible back and shoulder pain since we started using it.

Best purchase!!!!

I purchased one for each of my children for their new beds. Their mattresses ended up being more comfortable than the one I had. Firm, yet soft and comfortable. Very satisfied with my purchase

Too soft! Made my back/hip pain worse :(

This bed was exceptionally comfortable when I laid down on it and I was asleep in minutes. Unfortunately I woke up with back/hip pain worse than normal. I tried for about a week and same result. Went back to my old bed, also Novilla (the one with two sides, the firm side works best for me) and back/hip was fine again. This bed was way too soft for me even though it says medium firm, it was very plush. Very comfortable to fall asleep on but doesn’t provide the support needed for people with back or hip pain. It actually made it worse!

Good bed
