    the Ultimate fat burning Aid

    Good

    I notice no difference with the Swanson brand but the Borage oil is good for my skin. Maybe the next time i will order the Swanson brand again. But of course the Now food brand is also reliable.

    Borage oil

    Borage oil takes at least 8 weeks and i haven't been taking these for that long ,it should be taken with omega 3,i take it for my skin hmm it will take a bit time for me to be able to tell if it is good,i don't have any side effects,Swansonvitamins always has the best specials and lowest price

    Great value and ingredients

    Highest concentration of GLA which I use to control my menstral symptoms. Excellent source ingredients. Pills are large but go down easy as they are gelcaps.

    Worked for me

    I did a weight loss program which introduced me to Borage Oil. I'd never heard of it prior but this brand is the first I'd purchased. I am pleaed with the results I had. I was watching what I ate, doing mild exercise & taking the recommended supplements & lost 30 pounds. Boarage Oil was one of the recommended supplements. I found it easy to take despite having a touchy stomach. I have NOT had luck with Flaxseed oil :( but the Borage doesn't cause any issues for me. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is I have found more cost effective Borage Oil product with Swanson. I will review those after I go through my first bottle :)
