Thin wood, easy to put together
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall. I like the idea of this garden bed, but not sure how will it will hold up over time. This is not a large raised bed, it is on the smaller side, and is made of very thin wood. It was fairly simple to put together, with the help of a screw driver. Because the legs were made of thin pine, did have to take caution so the wood wouldn't split. The sides are an extremely thin cedar, at least that's what it smells like. I did purchase a stain for it to see if that will help protect the garden bed from the elements outside. But still don't see this lasting more than two or three years. I have planned herbs in it as they are easy to grow and have a shallower root system.

Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful raised bed had some trouble assembling because the pieces were not correct! But turn out beautiful love the woven liner so the soil doesn't touch the wood. Wide capacity and holds a lot of soil. Does have bottom water drainage. With soil, the quality and stability seem good. Can't wait to plant cabbage in it!

Perfect raised garden bed for small spaces
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Amerlife raised garden bed was sent to me for my honest review. The garden bed arrives unassembled. It took me roughly an hour to put the entire bed together. I used a power drill to finish assembly. The raised garden bed is made out of fir wood and the smell is just divine! The dimensions are 4’ in length, 2’ wide and 30” in height. It comes with a black fabric liner and holds 5 cubic feet. There are also drainage holes along the bottom. This raised garden bed is perfect for small spaces but big enough to grow a variety of veggies, herbs, flowers etc.

Sturdy with many positive attributes, but consider a drill for easier assembly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleased with how sturdy it feels. No wobbles when I lean on a corner. The legs are a solid 2 in x 2 in and the exterior planks just over half an inch thick, both of which seem appropriate. The bottom of the bed is 22 in off the ground and the bed is just shy of 7 in. deep. So I can comfortably reach the bottom of the bed without having to bend. The top caps, rubber feet, and bed liner are thoughtful inclusions to help protect the wood from moisture intrusion. I was able to assemble it alone because the long pieces have extensions that slot into grooves in the legs. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble. All the pieces and hardware were clearly labeled. The instructions were mostly very good. One thing I found a bit frustrating was the expectation that you will use just a screwdriver and drive screws through undrilled wood. I found that the judicious use of a drill/driver made assembly much more reasonable. I also wanted more assistance placing the top caps, which are a little bit larger than the legs they sit on. Pre-drilled holes would have been great or even just a template.
