the PIece looks nice, however, it is not what I expected from a user standpoint. You have to lift the top piece off and place it on the ground to support the bed. I did not realize this was the functionality of the product, which doesn't work in a slanted ceiling space. Also, the top portion doesn't include a latch; I think this is a safety hazard because it could fall if bumped.
