    Well, it’s a multi vitamin.

    Well, it’s a multi vitamin. As for results, ummmm I would say it works. There is biotin in it and I have noticed hair and nail growth to become quicker. As for immune system response, I have been sick twice this year, once was a light head cold the second was Covid and I guess you could say the response was good as I did have Covid for five days this time and when I originally got it back in 2021 it put me out for about three weeks, super fatigued, no motivation, but this time not so much, no fatigue, no loss of motivation. Could contribute the multi to aiding and assisting with that or immune response due to already having Covid once and the anti bodies were able to respond to it more quickly due to recognition of the virus. All in all, I will give it a thumbs up and say it works.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After hours of research on multivitamins, MegaFood Men's Advanced Multivitamin won my approval. The reason: Just read through the list of ingredients! It is obvious to me that MegaFood takes great care in selecting the most bioavailable and the purest form of every ingredient. For example, the form of B12 they use is methylcobalamin which I believe to be even more effective than cyanocobalamin. And the folks at MegaFood make sure that their ingredients are sourced from healthy soil. From farm to table, I am totally confident that I am supplementing my nutrition with a multivitamin provided by people who care about us all!
