Do Not Buy This Seat

I wish I could give this product 0 stars. The seat arrived with serious quality issues. After assembly, the legs were uneven, and one of the cushions had a sticker in Vietnamese saying “no screw,” which appears to indicate a defective part. Since there are no screw threads or screw holes, it is impossible to properly attach the cushion to the back of the seat. Assembly was also extremely frustrating. The instructions were unclear, and all the parts were mixed together in the same bag, making it difficult to identify the correct screws. Overall, this product feels poorly manufactured, poorly inspected, and poorly packaged. I do not understand how a defective part like this was still shipped to a customer. I honestly do not know how I can return this without disassmbly this, waste of money and my time, hard to return since the pieces are connected together after Loooooong hours

That’s understandably frustrating—particularly when a labeled defect and missing/incorrect threading make proper installation impossible from the start. Issues like uneven legs and unthreaded or incorrectly labeled components indicate a manufacturing or quality control failure, and they should not have been shipped in that condition. We also understand how difficult it is to disassemble a partially built item just to attempt a return after investing so much time. Since this involves a defective part and assembly failure, you should contact customer support so they can assist you with a return or replacement option.

Unable to Assemble

Unable to assemble. Didn’t even get last step 3 of assembly before realizing something isn’t correct with the cuts in the wood and the screw holes do not line up. Had high hopes but two of us couldn’t figure out what to do even after restarting multiple times.
