Effective but tastes awful
I have a kid who happily takes over medicine. This one she scrunches up her face and says “no” to. I’m not sure why they would make a children’s medicine that tastes this bad but they did. That being said, I appreciate that it is dye free and is effective for my kid’s allergies.

HORRIBLE TASTE
I didn't think it smelled great, definitely didn't smell like grape, but my son is really good about taking medicine so I thought he'd be fine. But his whole body shook when he drank it and he started to cry! The more I smelled it the more I felt sick to my stomach just from the smell, to the point where I feel a bit concerned about what I just had my child drink. Fully regret the purchase.

The formula is dye-free and sugar-free, which is great for children who have allergies and sensitivities. The formula definitely tastes like grape but it is a bit bitter, and kind of reminds one of taking a shot even though the product is completely alcohol-free. I would definitely consider utilizing open up children allergy formula if my child requires the use of a gentle antihistamine. up in up children's allergy can also be utilized by adults. typical adult dosing of the product is listed in the directions. The product works just like the brand name Claritin did when I was prescribed it many years ago when it was not an over-the-counter product.
