Bad formulation change
The formulation recently changed and has no where near the same benefit. The consistency is much thinner and the bottles also got smaller for the same price. This is very disappointing as this was my go to brand and product

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Single handedly destroyed my hair. Every time I use it it leaves my hair heavy, greasy and coarse. My fingers cannot run through my hair and I'm pretty sure I've lost alot of hair. My hair has lost its shine, volume and overall it's health. I had very healthy hair and in the last 3 weeks it has absolutely been ruined. I now have to get a clarifying shampoo/conditioner to strip whatever heavy chemicals this conditioner has latched on to my and scalp.

Packaging SUCKS!
Love the product. HATE the packaging!!! It’s difficult to get all of the conditioner out of the bottle! The mouth of the bottle needs to be wider and the pump needs a longer intake tube.
