From a great product to a terrible, Stinky product
The new formula is terrible. The texture is not the same, it's greasy and the smell? Distusting.

New formula is terrible
This was my favorite lotion for years until they changed the formula. Now it just smells like cleaning supplies and doesn't work at all. The fact that Neutrogena has spent years ignoring bad reviews about the formula change tells me that they don't care about their customers. Will not be buying products from this brand again

New formula stinks
I used to love this lotion, but the formula change is not it. It smells really bad now and doesn’t do a thing for my dry skin. It used to work like magic.

horrible
was washing my hands multiple times a day due to medication, and had my hands becoming so dry that they hurt. was recommended this hand cream, and it made it so much worse that i had to wash it off and lather my hands in actual moisturizer about 5 times before they felt remotely normal again. there is nothing healing or soothing about this gunk.

New formula is not good
Before the formula change, this cream was excellent. I always applied it before going to bed and my hands were always super soft the following day. The new formula doesn't achieve that. It dries too fast and doesn't hydrate

New formula sucks
Just repurchased my beloved hand cream and the new version is completely ineffective. Bring back the old version!!!!! It should never have been changed

Love this.
LOVE 💗 THIS PRODUCT. If you like my recommendation, you can send me a coupon. My only recommendation would be to make your tubes with a little texture because they’re too slick for gripping with lotion on

Bye bye eczema
I use this every winter now and I don’t get eczema on my hands anymore. That is so worth it for me!

Formula change for the worst :(
I have been a devoted user of this product for at least 14 years. The most recent tubes are made with a thin, ineffective product that has an odd smell. I thought it was in my head until I woke up with dry hands for the first time in decades. It is time to breakup and find a new handcream.

changed formula!
Why did they have to change it? It used to be thick, clear, and without a scent, but now it's almost white, thin, and has a strong chemical smell. I used to buy multiple tubes every winter but can't stand the new formula. Almost every Neutrogena product I use has changed formula for the worst recently. I guess they just hate their customers.

Unfortunate changes
I have used this for years and I am very disappointed in the changes. It says fragrance free but it has a notable scent that it never did before. The product is thinner and whiter. It used to be thick and clear. It doesn't rub in and disappear like it used to. I'm sad about this.

Not the same product
New fragrance-free is really bad. I use to like the scent and it was way better before. something is off about this product now more like glue

So sad it's gone
I have used neutrogena hand cream for 40 years. All my adult children (8 of them) and my husband use it. I've recommended it to all my friends and relatives for years. No more. You changed it, and now it's just another hand lotion. Bad move. You will lose lots of customers.

Just as good as everyone says! New HG!
I’ve known this was a cult classic for a long time but never got around to trying it in the past. My hands get INSANELY dry, especially in the winter, because I’m a compulsive hand washer and live in a dry environment. This stuff is a game changer and my new holy grail. I hate hand creams with oily textures that take forever to rub in. It needs to be light, intensely hydrating, and lock in that hydration too. This is the only hand cream I’ve tried that I don’t dread putting on. It’s interesting though, because when it comes out it’s not a lotion consistency. It’s almost more of a balm, like Vaseline or something. But it’s intensely hydrating. I can tell there is a silicone type of slip but it doesn’t bother me at all, and I hate silicone heavy products. This just makes me hands feel silky and hydrated for hours and hours. It heals super rough hands quickly. Need to buy a backup.

Not greasy
This product is great for my dry and cracked hands. I have dry skin and being outside and working in cold makes it worse to the point they crack. This product heals them and prevents further damage without any residue

Thick hand cream that can also work in other dry s
This is my mom’s holy grail hand cream, so I’ve been influenced a few times to get it. It’s quite thick and needs to be rubbed in, but doesn’t leave any visible residue behind. It does leave my hands a bit tacky which if I’m typing or going to bed is totally fine, but if I’m moving around touching different things (or in the kitchen) it’s not my go to. But, it’s thick and very healing for dry skin and has no scent (or very faint natural scent?) so recommended for sensitive people too.

New hand cream obsession
I’m obsessed with this hand cream. My hands have been cracked and splitting in the knuckle from dry winter air. My dermatologist recommended this to me and I’m so glad she did. I use this every morning when I wake up and before bed. My hands are now so smooth and soft. I made my husband try it and he loves it just as much

Good Product
Feels good on your hands. There is one that doesn’t have a scent that I have. Coverage is good. I would buy it again. Been using on hand because are very rough because of cold weather.
