Q: Do the value packs now have two (2) individually wrapped packages of 10 pads? The storage caddy holds a single package of 10. I don't want to handle/store the remaining 10 pads without a wrapper.

submitted by Mrs H - 1 year ago

  • A: I never take my pads out of the wrapper. Open the top of the wrapper and put it in the back. It’s easier to get your pads on the wand because there is resistance and it’s safer to keep them partially wrapped up.

submitted byCrunchymama - 11 months ago

  • A: Thanks for checking! Our ToiletWand Refills 20 Count Value Pack contains two individual bags of ten refills each. Hope this helps and that you have a nice day! Ashlee from The Clorox Team

Q: Can i use this on a bathtub to disinfect also?

submitted by lilred - 5 years ago

  • A: Great question! Our ToiletWand Refills disinfect your toilet bowl and hard, nonporous surfaces in your bathroom when used as directed. While it's safe to use on porcelain and glazed ceramic, we recommend spot testing on a small, inconspicuous area before use. If you still have questions, please call us at 800-227-1860 and mention reference number 220321-000848. Have a nice day! Ashlee from The Clorox Team

Q: Do these have bleach in them? I don't want to create a chlorine gas if I use them.

submitted by Alonzo Baca - 4 months ago

  • A: Happy to clarify this, Alonzo! Clorox ToiletWand Refills are bleach-free. Each of the disposable heads already has cleaner inside and should not be used with other toilet cleaning products. Hope this helps! Ashlee from The Clorox Team

    Meh

The cleanser in the pad lasts only one or two uses. There is a danger of the replaceable pad coming off in the toilet, so don’t flush while still cleaning with it.

Extremely easy to use and disposable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is extremely easy to use. Literally can use with one hand with minimal effort. And it takes up very little space and looks sleek. I will say there are three things I’m not a fan of but it’s a small trade off; it’s so much solution on there that if your toilet isn’t that dirty it seems like you’re wasting it lol, also with that it’s hard to drain the water off of it for disposal, lastly the container is slightly too wide for the refills so it’s possible the stack can mis align. It overall does a great job cleaning and getting in the hard to reach areas.

    Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very easy to use, though you have to finish assembly by snapping the handle holder on. You simply insert the handle into the sponge, clean and click the button to release sponge into the trash. The sponge easily reaches under the lid as well. I worry a bit that the sponge may come lose while cleaning but it hasn't happened yet.

    Great cleaner, poor holder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so close to perfect, but the holder is just too flimsy! The lid doesn’t close right and I feel like I’m going to snap it in half! The wand is a little flimsy, but it withstands a good scrubbing! I like how easy it is to use, and the scrubber immediately cleaned the toilet bowl.
