    You have to like spinach

    The broth of this soup is very tasty, not too salty or spicy for a GF soup. The problem is that if you don't like spinach, as I don't, there is so much of it that removing it leaves very little left to eat.

    It has 1200mg of sodium per can. The taste wasn't bad, but I don't think I'll be buying it again.

    We enjoy this soup’s taste and mix of veggies. We usually add additional vegetables, beans, and rice or pasta to make it more filling. Not high in salt or fat which is a plus. So many companies add too much salt.
