I got this product as it was listed specifically in a recipe. I tried repeatedly to find a full list of ingredients to check for allergens but unfortunately that was unsuccessful as it appears there is no full list of ingredients, just "spices". There's an overpowering dill flavor that takes away from the other flavors. I used two tablespoons in two pounds of ground meat and all I can taste is dill and pepper. I don't mind the pepper, but why do my meatballs taste like pickles???? If I'd known about the dill, I would have never purchased but it is not listed on the label and they only mention it in the comments here. The food is still edible and with the price of beef now, you know I'm not wasting the meatballs, but "still edible" is not a great review.

My go to seasoning for beef and pork
As a dry rub for steaks & chops, this seasoning is the best. No need to over season it as the flavor blooms during the searing. No need for extra salt. Add a little chipotle for a smokey touch and heat.

What did they do?! This was my favorite steak seasoning. I’d put it on everything. Idk why they changed the flavor, it is DISGUSTING! It has a weird lemon taste, that is so off putting. Yuck. If you’re looking for the classic flavor, do not buy this. I am now on the hunt for another seasoning. What a shame. This was absolutely terrible

Honestly the worst steak seasoning I have ever used! Typically I love McCormick products, but this one is horrible. I just destroyed my Delmonico steak with this. All you can taste is SALT! For christ sake, cut the salt and add some flavor!

I hope I just got a bad batch but the Dill seasoning in this i overwhelming. It out shines all the other ingredients.

I just opened a new bottle of Montreal steak seasoning, and something is wrong. The smell is off putting, and the flavor is more like a pickle seasoning. Did they change the recipe or did I get a mislabeled product?
