Floss Shreds Between My Teeth
Now, I not only have pieces of food between my teeth, I have pieces of floss between my teeth. Horrid product. It keeps sticking between my teeth. Sometimes leaving pieces of floss that I are stuck. Bring the old version back!!!

Bad product
This floss is awful. I wish I could still get the original Glide. This frays and gets stuck in my permanent retainer. It expands between the teeth so instead of flossing I have to tug at the floss to get it free and move. It does not glide it is more like a bulldozer trying to make it down a sidewalk

Worst change to a product possible
This product should not have the word GLIDE in its name. It has none of the features the old product had. It is painful to use and makes my gums around my bridge bleed. I do not think that is the purpose of flossing. I can't even get it between my teeth. If you can't use it, it's not effective. I've read the other customer reviews and responses from Oral-B. I am happy to know that I am not alone. It makes me sad that Oral-B has abandoned the population of people with tight teeth and bridges, but being in the minority, I assume we don't bring the company enough money for Oral-B to make a product effective or even useful for us. I can only hope that more people will read these reviews before they purchase, so they don't waste their money.

Functions poorly.
Product was recently modified - used to be a great product, now poor quality with the floss snagging and not cleaning teeth well. I assume it was changed to make it cheaper. Hope the genius who spearheaded this gets a well deserved transfer to a landfill where he/she? has shown expertise.

HORRIBLE CHANGE
I am a Dental Hygienist and have been using the single use floss threaders on my patients for over 30 years. When I received my last order I was shocked. First of all you cannot get single use packs any more and now the floss is like super floss. THIS " NEW IMPROVED" PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE. It will shred to pieces if used on an Ortho patient, sometimes it is too thick to go under a bridge. I absolutely hate it and wish you had not ruined a good thing.

Kind of pricey for just under bridgework. Shredded between other teeth.
I only bought these because I couldn’t find just plain floss-threaders like you get at the dentist office. I tried using only these to floss all my teeth, but they shredded. They do work well under my bridge work. But they’re pricey for just flossing under the permanent bridge. I’m hoping I can find the others somewhere.

Absolute rubbish when compared to the product it replaced. Your new version catches and shreds. It definitely does not Glide. Please bring back, Glide Pro-Health Threader Floss in 30 single-use packets.

Picking out threads with tweezers
I bought this a few weeks ago after always using oral b threader floss on my permanent retainer. I’m not sure if I bought the wrong kind or if oral b changed the product but I can no longer find what I used previously and this is not good! After threading, the floss shredded apart when trying to pull between my teeth, leaving me not flossed and with tiny threads stuck between my teeth & retainer that I had to use tweezers to remove.

Replaced a wonderful product with a useless produc
I agree completely with all of the negative reviews that I am reading on this product. You have replaced a wonderful product with this new version that now uses horrible floss that does not hold up at all. The new version shreds easily and leaves behind strands of shredded floss in my teeth. I understand if you wanted to repackage the flossers, although the individual packaging was very easy to use. I do not understand why you had to change the flossing material. Please give us back the original threader flossers or at least go back to the original floss material!!

This floss get's caught in braces and bridges!
This is absolutely the worst floss. The original threader floss without the cushion was MUCH better for braces and bridges. This floss get's terribly stuck in braces and is hard to pull through bridges. Terrible DO NOT BUY! We're now stuck going back to the old type of threader you can use with regular oral b floss. Stupid.

This product is awful where is the old version!!
I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and have always relied on your Glide Pro‑Health Threader Floss. Unfortunately, the product that has replaced it is extremely disappointing. It consistently snags on my permanent retainer, and the threading frays so badly that I have to remove pieces with tweezers. It does not “glide” at all—there is no coating, and it functions more like plain thread. I purchased three boxes, but I will not be using them and will now be looking for an alternative product. If you bring back the original Threader Glide floss, you will regain me as a customer. Based on the reviews that have been posted, it’s clear that many others feel the same way. The previous product was not broken, and customers genuinely loved it. If this change was intended as a cost‑saving measure, it appears to have backfired, as you are losing long‑time customers.
