There hasn't been a time this product brand has helped my hair, if anything made it worse. Then made my hair fall out a bunch! Sure some people have good reviews but my hair personally did not like this brand.
Good for cleaning, bad for volume or thinning hair.

It works good to actually clean your hair, but I noticed my hair felt much thinner and looked flatter than when I used Aveeno's or Ethique's volumizing shampoo. The smell is also very chemically.

OGX makes such good products. I personally love this kind for my hair type. I have medium thickness, long, straight hair. This is perfect for me. It leaves my hair feeling clean even when I only wash once a week. I think they are a great price, especially because you can almost always find coupons for this. The only annoyance I have is the bottles/lids are curved so you cannot leave them upside down to help with getting the product out.

Thank you for at least putting a black label (signifying doom for my hair) on the new formula - helps me recognize and avoid now 👍 That is the last compliment I will be giving this terrible new formula. I was such an advocate for your older product to my family & friends going through Perimenopause, that I was accused of being on commission! Well singing your praises has now definitely stopped. Since your new formula seems to be stripping all the goodness out of my hair, that your last amazing formula helped build. After using for so many years. My hair is now feeling flat, brittle & dry. You created a rare thing - the perfect cosmetic unicorn. Then shot it!!! Why!?! Please read your once loyal customer base RECENT reviews, we need the option of the old formula returning

I’ve been using OGX Thick & Full + Biotin & Collagen Shampoo for a few weeks now, and I actually like it. It smells really nice, kind of sweet and fresh, and it lathers up well without needing a ton. My hair feels a bit fuller after using it, though I wouldn’t say it’s a dramatic difference. It doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave any residue, which is a plus. Overall, it’s a solid shampoo if you’re looking for something affordable that gives a little volume boost.

My hair doesn’t feel moisturized and nourished after using the biotin and collagen shampoo and conditioner. It actually feels somewhat dry and brittle. I have to use an additional spray, leave in conditioner to comb through my hair more easily. I purchased the large bottles as I’ve used several OGX shampoos and conditioners with satisfying results. I’m going to return these.

They changed it into an absolutely AWFUL product. I wonder if they bought stock in some of the other companies that sell EXTREMELY high priced hair loss remedies. I am thoroughly disgusted with the change. I am shedding some much hair that I can see my scalp. This started slowly in 2023 and I briefly used a different product and the shedding slowed down. But I began OGX again and shedding increased. Sad. It was a good product and someone got greedy somewhere. Today, apparently the wealthy and elite can afford an effective product to save their hair. Sad. The LOVE of money is the root of all evil.

I have thin, fine hair and was looking for something to give it a boost. This has a great smell and feels luxurious on pouring. It did make my hair feel a little more bouncy but I did find it made my hair feel course. This could be my own hair just not suitable for it. It is a higher priced shampoo but it is effective on the claims it made so for me overall it was good value ☺️

I used to absolutely love this shampoo and used it for the better part of a decade. Then for some reason they decided to change the formula. It's new but definitely not improved. The smell is SO strong and not something I find pleasant. After two uses my hair was already dried out and not looking good. But the worst part is it made my scalp burn and itch hardcore. (Seems I'm not alone in this problem from reading the reviews) I don't know why these companies continue to try and fix what isn't broken other than to selfishly cut costs. It's not going to save them money if loyal customers start fleeing to other companies products because in my opinion anything is better than this.

This and some of the other lines from OGX are the only shampoos and conditioners without phenoxyethanol!! I am very allergic to it and almost all “clean” brands have it - I’m grateful OGX shampoo and conditioner does not!! Please keep up the good work OGX and please remove it from the creams and sprays too!
