As an athletic guy, I need to chew gum during my workouts to prevent teeth grinding and also as a distraction. I normally get a different brand (“number” brand) and it was out of stock at the store so I opted for Extra and figured it would hold me over until the other one was back. I was overwhelmingly surprised as the larger piece size and extremely long lasting flavor. 2h of weights and cardio and another 30 minute walk with my dog at home and the flavor and texture both remained strong. 5 cals a piece and the right level of sweetness. Polar ice is a more fresher mint flavor and not as cooling, but still nice. This will likely be my new brand going forward!
