Q: How do I clean this?
A: Dishwasher works good for me. Nice hot water and gets rinsed well.

submitted byMrsSlick08 - 7 years agoA: Rinse the bottle with Running water then filled the bottle with distilled water or previously boiled water, Add a few drops of dish washing liquid or baby shampoo and rinse the bottle properly.

Q: Are the sinus rinse packages supposed to just be loosely thrown in?
A: Have to mix properly the salt packet inside the pot with distilled/filtered water.
