Cake needs to be refridgerated or frozen!
I’ve had this cake in the past and it’s a very could gluten free cake. I did a pickup order and the Target store I got the cake from gave me a warm cake. This cake has both dairy and egg in it. It should be frozen or at least refrigerated. I turned around I returned it right away. A cake with whipping cream, milk and eggs is NOT shelf stable, it needs to be refrigerated or frozen.

Picked up chocolate flavor first, loved it, decided to try this. This is definitely a win. It tastes just like strawberry shortcake and has a summer vibe. Equals 4 good sized pieces. Cannot tell its GF. Might taste a little dry if you’ve never had strawberry shortcake. Good container, not easily crushed when bagging it or in transport. Excellent brand.
