    Easy and Delicious

    Some years ago, I picked up KA Gluten-free Ultimate Fudge, not realizing it was gluten-free. I made the brownies, which are as delicious as made-from-scratch, and never looked back. I do add the optional cup of chocolate chips These brownies are always a big hit at picnics, pot lucks, and on the buffet table. Thank you King Arthur for this mix!

    Delicious Chocolate Bundt Cake

    I made a delicious chocolate bundt cake. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil which adds the needed moisture to a gluten free cake. The chocolate flavor is really delicious.

    FUDGE SUPREME

    My gluten-free brownie mix from King Arthur was just fudge supreme as are all King Arthur flours. Allow me to add how great their gluten-free pie crust mix is. Yes it has to be baked a bit longer so if the apples you are use to using lose their crunch try Cosmic Crunch apples. And don't forget to sprinkle the apple filling with cinnamon sprinkles for a nice blush appearance.

    Chocolatey fudgie brownies - GF!

    The Ultimate Fudge brownies are very tasty. I use dark chocolate chips for additional richness. Our preference is to eat the brownies the next day. The flavor is richer…. My niece put in a special request for Christmas eve for the brownies!

    For a GF brown mix really not bad. Very sweet and dense but would buy again and recommend. However, there's nothing like homemade brownies and I've not found any option better then KA GF brownie mix. It's the best there is. . . . . . . . . . .
