Layla Buffet - Buylateral

Looks great! Two of the legs of the piece had problems, I emailed the company they responded quickly and sent new parts in less than a week. It was easy to put together and looks great.

I love the color. I dislike that the doors don’t lineup evenly and the drawers don’t track smoothly. It also showed up covered in nicks, chips, and scratches. If we hadn’t just spent an hour assembling it, we’d probably return it.

Fairly easy to assemble and looks nice. Good value for the price.

Super disappointed in this item. I bought it to use in my kitchen as a "coffee station". It took forever to assemble. Once I put the doors on, I saw there was a noticeable gap on the top of the left door and on the bottom of the right door. We took it off and tried again, thinking it was an assembly error. This time, I cracked to inside of the cabinet where the hinge attached. We decided to leave well enough alone and live with the uneven doors and door handles. I wanted to take it back to the store, but my husband convinced me it wasn't worth the effort. I wond buy another "ready to assemble" piece from Target again.

Very pleased wit this beautiful cabinet. Love the rich red color. It arrived on time stated. Directions were very easy to follow. It took a little over an hour to put together. I got it on sale and feel it was a great deal. This was a great choice.

Great piece, especially for the price. Easy to assemble, everything explained well in the diagrams and instructions. The knobs are pretty basic, but I updated the look with some I bought at a design center for less than $20.

It took my husband and me about an hour to put together. The directions were easy to follow & parts were labeled. I'm very happy with the completed product. It is sturdy & holds a lot, plus I think it looks nice, not cheap. I'd recommend it, its a good value for the price.

The quality is average, but should’ve sold for less. When installing the back part , there were no screw holes drilled to attach the many screws. I would’ve had to completely take it apart just to send it back, but instead bought a staple gun to affix the back. Just more of a headache and cost I didn’t need.

Simple enough to put together. Exactly what we needed for our space. However, it's clearly a mass produced piece of furniture. Great for the price, but there are better items out there if you want to pay more.

I love this buffet! I bought it as a replacement for an heirloom piece I passed down to my daughter. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and it is externally well made. It is a solid and sturdy piece and the deep, barn red color is beautiful. Very happy I chose this.

Beautiful cabinet! I read the reviews and was dreading the assembly. I was happily surprised to have all the hardware neatly labeled in little plastic bags, all holes for screws and bolts accurately in place and no scratches or imperfections on the paint finish. It took me two hours to put it together by myself (since my husband refused to participate:)). All in all, the assembly instructions were clear and straightforward and I didn't have problems with it. The color is beautiful, rich and dark red, like autumn apples. Very happy with the purchase.

I love this cabinet. It met my expectations. Although it was suggested to have two people to put it together, I did it by myself without any problems. Did take several hours but I kind of enjoyed the challenge. Fit my space perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.

I love it!! I bought the off white color and it was pretty easy to build. My husband built it all on his own. It's in my kitchen as my coffee bar. Made extra storage too.

Piece is nice, easy to assemble. Had parts that were damaged and scratched, though.

I needed a bit more pantry space in the kitchen and this fit the bill perfectly. It arrived about a week earlier than the estimate, so I was pleased with that. The package arrived in good shape, but it is heavy, so you'll need a second person or a hand truck. I'm a 67 year old woman and got it up to the house by myself with a hand truck. It was easy to put together and I did it by myself in about 2 hours. It's extremely attractive for the price I paid. It was on a very good sale at the time I purchased it. I only have one small complaint. The right side door doesn't line up evenly with the left, but it's not very noticeable and the drawer and door don't interfere with each other and operate properly. There was a bit of a chemical smell when I opened up the doors the following day. Leaving the doors open to air out solved that problem.

You've definitely got to have some patience with this item, but for the price point, it's worth it. When the item originally shipped, the finish on the doors was messed up, but customer serviced shipped me two new ones, no questions asked. I have everything put together now, but my glass doors don't line up as I would like. Eventually, I'll probably take them off and get them put on the way I would like, but everything works for now. It's the perfect little coffee bar buffet that I wanted.

The Layla Buffet was a good buy. The piece is sturdy, but it does take quite a while to assemble. My only complaint is that the screws stick out like sore thumbs. Other than that, I really am pleased with this piece. I got it on sale for $118... quite a deal.

Delivered sooner than expected. Easy to put together and looks great in my kitchen.
