Q: does microwave safe mean it is not hot to the touch after reheating?

A: No. You should still use cation if you put these in the microwave as they can get hot. Microwave safe refers to the fact that the product is ceramic and is ok to place in a microwave for reheating.

Beautiful
Received these on time and double boxed so arrived in perfect condition. These are very Mexican looking which I wanted and was a very good price comparing to other Mexican ware. Perfect size and no problem washing these cups. I plan on buying more of the set.
