My favorite!

My favorite salami. I get it sliced very thin. It’s tender and less fatty than other brands.

Wonderful salami

We just traveled over 9 hrs. from home to get a roll of this fantastic salami. It stays fresh for a long time, the taste is GREAT. Just wish we could buy it more locally. We are picky about what we eat -- and when we like something we usually REALLY like it. This Salami is GREAT and we REALLY like it a lot.

I cannot eat due to "flavorings"

Yeast is causing Crohns and ibs along with other autoimmune diseases due to ASCA antibodies. Bouillon, stock, flavorings or natural flavor are just terms to hide this. These diseases affect millions and is being recommended. Please just add extra salt and sugar or tamari. Please list flavoring ingredients. Many foods I could eat but dont buy because of this. I am not alone. You will increase marketshare.

Only hard salami I buy.

I get a pound of hard salami weekly for lunches and snacks. Kretschmar's is the only one I buy. Delicious flavor. Great on hot or cold sandwiches.
