Q: How wide are the pockets? I would need at least 5" for the rod I have. Also, is the length of the hanging pocket included in the total length?

A: The tab opening is 3 inches. It is not wide enough for your needs. The length of the curtain is measured from the top of the tab to the bottom of the curtain.

Q: My window measures 76" wide and 72" long. Would I be ok with getting one set of the 40x72L packs? I'd each panel 40" wide? Or is it both combined is 40"?

Q: This is confusing. I'm looking at getting the 54Wx80L curtains, but the details say you get two 40" W panels. Is the latter accurate?

A: the tabs are probably 1.5 inches wide. I have mine on a regular round rod, normal size, like the thickness of my thumb, but they would fit on a much thicker rod too if you'd like, even one of those wide flat kind. I hope that helps! they're very good quality curtains too, not flimsy at all.

Q: I understand these curtains are 100% cotton w/ an acrylic liner. Is the cotton material smooth, or does it have a texture? And is there a sheen or matt finish to the material?

A: The materials textured and sturdy as opposed to clothing fabric. It's also matte.

A: Sold as pairs. The 80" wide is 2 panels each 40" wide. The 160" wide is 2 panels each 80" wide.

Haven’t hung these yet but they seem like nice curtains. They are a fairly heavy fabric so will need a sturdy curtain rod- not a tension rod. I think they will work well for my needs.

I wasn't looking for anything fancy, and these fit the bill and the price was right. However, the coating has a foul smell that I thought would go away, but it's now been three months and they smell just as strong as when they were brand new. If I have windows open it's tolerable, but the times I've had to shut my windows they stank up the whole room.

These curtains are well made and the material is heavy. The color is different than shown in the photo, I ordered the blue and it looks more grey blue than shown in photo. so keep this in mind if you order this color. Very good price.

We had searched locally for tab top curtains without success. These were found on the Target on-line listing. They are as advertised, thoroughly room darkening. They appear to be well made (we just put them up yesterday). They were shipped promptly.

Description was misleading, I assumed the panels were 80" each, not 80" for both together, therefore the size was not what I wanted. The fabric was cheap. The color was supposed to be natural, but the color was more like a pale yellow, also not acceptable for what I wanted.

Love them! Great quality and color. The navy blue is deep. I live in Texas and summers are hot. I noticed a significant difference in the temperature of our bedroom. It stays so much cooler!

The curtains seems to be heavier than the other curtains in my house. So, I expect they will be somewhat helpful in conserving heat. It is winter, I live in the northeast, and I am covering a glass window so I am only expecting a bit of heat savings. I ordered the dark blue curtains and am pleased with the color. Before hanging the curtains on the windows, I washed them in the washing machine on gentle and hung them over my shower curtain to dry. It turned out fine. The tabs make hanging the curtains very easy and, as mentioned above, look great.

Do not dry! Even for 5 minutes! It says to drip dry but since you can’t actually let the curtains drip all over the floor, I dried it for five minutes just to get the water out of it and it shrunk 5 inches! Now I have one really short ridiculous looking curtain amongst my other 5! I’m so angry! ( my iron transferred something orange onto it when I was ironing out the wrinkles so that’s why I only had one to wash) ! For something so incredibly expensive they should be preshrunk!
