Great vitamins for men over 50.

The cost is not high so they are a good value and the best thing about them is there is none of tha bad aftertaste like i have had with other vitamins. I will be sticking with this brand.

I have been using Centrum products for years, and they never disappoint. This particular product is designed to support a variety of health areas that I believe I need extra support with as I age, and that is why I take one tablet on a daily basis with water, and usually before or after a meal. These are medium-sized tablets which I find really easy to swallow. Although not a substitute for a healthy diet, when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet, I believe that they make a difference in supporting good health. I appreciate that this product is available for my particular age group.

The supplement is easy to swallow and I suggest it be taken with food. It is worthwhile as a long term supplement. It has multiple benefits for a healthy lifestyle.
